We are growing our team and are seeking to appoint a facilities and maintenance assistant to work as part of the in-house team responsible for the safe upkeep and running of the school’s facilities. In this role you will perform a wide range of tasks from routine maintenance, repairs and decorating to setting up for events and delivering post.
This is a full-time role working throughout the year, Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday (approx. 3-4 per year). The role will be working on a two-week shift pattern which comprises of an early shift 7.30am to 4.00pm and a late shift 10.30am to 7.00pm.
To be successful in this role you will have previous general maintenance experience with a basic knowledge of building maintenance such as plumbing, electrics, decorating and/or carpentry. You will have a proactive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team or independently.

Claremont Fan Court School is an independent day school for pupils aged from 2½ to 18 years, set in 100 acres of landscaped grounds in the Claremont Estate in Esher, Surrey.
Our school is going from strength to strength, and we are looking to expand our finance team with the appointment of a finance assistant (billing) to assist the management accountant with the school’s intricate billing procedures.
The finance assistant (billing) will maintain the fees billing ledger and accounts, carrying out the day-to-day billing tasks, including termly fee billing via Feemaster and ad-hoc billing via Evolve.
This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week between the working hours of 8am to 6.00pm, throughout the year.
The successful applicant will have previous experience working in accounts and billing and will hold an AAT level 2 Certificate in accounting, recognised bookkeeping or similar qualification. They will have excellent numerical, organisation and time management skills.
